Common questions

A clear starting point.

Can we start with a small project?

Yes. One role, workflow, course, or program workstream can be a useful first scope. Larger engagements can be organized into phases with separate milestones and approvals.

Do you work with larger organizations and institutions?

We can discuss departmental projects, program implementation support, and defined workstreams alongside other providers. Scope, qualifications, procurement requirements, staffing, and delivery dates are confirmed for each engagement.

How is work priced?

We scope the deliverables, client inputs, review process, required expertise, and timeline before quoting. Engagements may be project-based or ongoing support with an agreed task list and capacity.

Do we need to purchase new software?

We first consider the tools you already have and a practical format for the work. Licenses, integrations, migrations, and specialist technical work are separately defined where needed.

Who reviews and approves the deliverables?

Each engagement identifies an accountable project contact and client reviewer. Your authorized content or process owner confirms factual accuracy; agreed quality and acceptance checks guide delivery and handoff.

Can you help with Power Up Indiana?

Optional preparation support can include training outlines, document checklists, and application materials for employer review. Program administrators determine eligibility, training approval, funding, and reimbursement. Employers can also contact the program directly.
